Actually kohlrabi has about 27mg of vitamin C per 100g which is less than bell peppers at 80mg and oranges at 53mg. Calling it an 'ultimate dietary supplement' is misleading. Also the fiber content is comparable to broccoli. Not special. Just another cruciferous veg.
